Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

The Unc's Journal platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Unc's Journal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your trade data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The AI analysis and coaching content provided through the Service is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model. This content is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unc's Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
